ESTA is dope. He’s an acclaimed artist, has played venues worldwide, and continues to hold the title of Your Favorite Beatmaker’s Favorite Beatmaker. He’s also part of Soulection, an incredible collective & label of artists. One day I reached out to our mutual friend The Whooligan to come by our space - he proposed that ESTA drop by and make a beat for us from scratch. I had to document the occasion. I called up cinematographer Jesse Dana, roped in Chris Walters of French Press to roll sound, jerry-rigged some Kinos, and we were off.

The song has appeared in many break-dancing competitions since, including this one. Surreal.
