This was our third episode of "Startup Stories", and though LendingClub is certainly an interesting idea (peer-to-peer lending), it doesn't necessarily spark a lot of fun visuals. So my team stumbled on animator Will Rose, and we collaborated closely with him to bring color, octopi, and fun character design into the mix.
